Specialized in sensory analysis and lecturer at the International Institute Chocolier, Valeria Feggi is involved in marketing and product development at Domori, leader in the production of fine chocolate and part of the illy Group. She graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico University of Turin and has a keen interest in design and photography. She is also greatly passionate about gastronomy, which has become her job since several years now. Thanks to her skills in sensory analysis and chocolate tasting, she has developed an ever greater sensitivity towards food. In her vision, food is a true work of architecture made from the combination of taste and aesthetics, capable of engaging all five senses.
