Thalia Hohenthal is the Senior Scientist of Research and Development for Guittard Chocolate Company and a graduate of University of California, Davis in Food Biochemistry. Thalia has dedicated 38 years to the science of chocolate. She directs new product design, commercialization and exploration of Food Science challenges for the company and its customers. She has been an instructor in the industry since 1986 and was recently inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame. She loves fine chocolate and believes it can solve any problem in the world.
