Erin Andrews
Indi Chocolate
Founder
Seattle, WA
Erin Andrews started her journey in chocolate when her older daughter, Indi, asked where chocolate came from.
Over 10 years after teaching her daughters "how chocolate grows on trees," Erin has founded two successful bean to bar chocolate companies, in Belize and Seattle.
Erin talks and teaches about chocolate internationally as well as sells chocolate making machines.
When she's not out sourcing beans or teaching, you can find her at indi chocolate, located in the new MarketFront building of Pike Place Market on Western Ave.
You can watch the entire process from delivery and roasting of beans through to your finished chocolate bar and drinks from the indi chocolate cafe. In addition to classes and events, indi offers space for private events and has a wide range of cacao based products; cacao butter body care, cacao teas, cacao spice rubs, chocolate and cacao cocktail sets all inspired by the adventure of chocolate.
Come explore the world of chocolate with Erin and the team at indi chocolate!
